The Cleaning Genies LLC provides field-service management tools for customers, employees, contractors, and business administrators. This policy explains how we handle information used by this application.

Information we collect

We may collect account details, contact information, service addresses, property and job details, quotes, invoices, payment status, messages, uploaded documents and photos, scheduling information, and time records. If you sign in with Google, we receive the account information you authorize, such as your name, email address, and profile image. We do not receive your Google password.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, schedule and perform services, communicate about work, prepare quotes and invoices, manage teams, maintain records, protect the application, and improve our operations.

Sharing and service providers

We share information only as needed with authorized Cleaning Genies personnel, assigned contractors, customers involved in a service, and vendors that host or support the application. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect people, property, or our services. We do not sell personal information.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal and accounting duties, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information, subject to legal and operational recordkeeping requirements. You may also disconnect a social sign-in provider through that provider's account settings.
